International Center for Training & Development Granted Full Accreditation by IAO

Following the accreditation audit, IAO is pleased to grant full accreditation to the International Center for Training & Development, Libya.

The institute is now not only fully accredited by IAO but has also received highest scores among its peer institutions. IAO’s full accreditation demonstrates that all trainers are appropriately qualified and that delivery methods, procedures, materials (including eLearning materials), quality of staff and the facilities of the learning provider are of a high standard. The IAO’s accreditation commission was particularly impressed with the company’s focus on ensuring that its client organizations really do see an improvement in business performance and staff capability, and that they realize tangible return on their investment in ICTD services.

ICTD provides comprehensive theoretical and practical guidelines and approaches to assist trainers and managers in training work force and the programs have been designed to meet all that will contribute towards a change in management thinking and practice with regard to the strategic importance of human resources development in the region. ICTD focuses at working with client organizations for the purpose of transforming them into “knowledge-Intensive-Enterprises”. A key feature of their programs is that they are structured and delivered as Modular-Learning-Systems (MLS). This approach affords learning organizations the flexibility of linking their learning needs to their training strategy. To ensure maximum benefit to the clients, their approach is pitched against world-class standards, engineered through partnerships with both clients and world-class collaborating service providers. They also offer customized training packages to meet client specifications. Learning can therefore be done at either client’s doorstep or at the institute’s training facilities. In order to ensure continued relevance and learning impact of the training programs in the clients’ arena, ICTD maintains a quality assurance and improvement program that enables ICTD to review all aspects of the training activity and continuously monitors its effectiveness. The program encompasses semi-annual internal reviews augmented by constant feedback from sponsoring/client organizations and learners themselves.
